At its Executive Partner Conference EMEA 2012 held in Dublin earlier this month, Motorola Solutions presented Ingram Micro Data Capture/POS with its coveted “Best Mobility Distributor” award. The award, from a world leader in enterprise mobility solutions, reflects the outstanding quality of IM’s dedicated DC/POS sales and support teams throughout Europe. Ingram Micro’s DC/POS division has signed a distributor deal with NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR), enabling resellers to offer NCR’s innovative checkout solutions to retailers throughout Western Europe. The IT distributor Ingram Micro and NCR Corporation announced that they have formed a new channel partnership in 15 European countries.

At its recent annual EMEA Partner Summit, this year held in Athens, Intermec announced that Ingram Micro was its Distributor Growth Partner of the Year 2011.
